CATHERINE C. GREEN has been a member of the California State Bar since 1981.  She graduated with highest honors from California State Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo in 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.  She is a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.  She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego in 1981.  Ms. Green was admitted to practice before the Federal District Court that same year.  From 1982 through 1985, she was house counsel for Western Employers Insurance Company and Fremont Compensation Insurance Company.  She joined Wall, McCormick & Baroldi, later incorporated into Wall, McCormick, Baroldi, Green & Dugan, A Professional Corporation in 1985 as their first associate.  She became a partner with the firm on July 1, 1993.  Ms. Green is a member of the California Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.  She has been an instructor for the Insurance Education Association, acts as a Judge Pro Tem before the WCAB and regularly provides clients with in-house educational seminars.
