SHIRLEY L. FEAGLES has been a member of the California State Bar since 1990 and joined Wall, McCormick, Baroldi, Green & Dugan, A Professional Law Corporation | in June of 2003.  She has been specializing in the practice of workers’ compensation defense since 1993, representing municipalities, school districts, self-insured employers and insurance companies.  Prior to that, she perfected her litigation skills and appellate writing in the area of criminal defense as a Deputy Public Defender.  She is currently a member of the State Bar of California and the Orange County Bar Association.  She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Marquette University in 1987 and attended the University of San Diego School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate in 1989.
